The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PurrAgent and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and content remain yours — we claim no ownership over data you process through the Service.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurrAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
